Job Responsibilities

 Overseeing the customer service process.
 Resolving customer complaints brought to attention
 Managing inbound and outbound calls
 Liaising with customers
 Provide accurate, valid and complete information
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate
solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow
up to ensure resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
