Job Description
Position Overview:
NoPaperForms is in a search of potential candidates who shall be responsible to handle the basic level of customer queries related to our Product through Calls, Chat, Emails, and Tickets. The position requires understanding the customer's problem accurately, following the established procedures to investigate and resolve the problem, and communicating with them. You would be working in a multi-tasking environment working on multiple customer services and back-office operations at the same time.
The position shall be responsible for:
Managing inbound/ outbound calls/ emails/ chats in a timely and efficient manner
Resolving customer queries or complaints by providing clear information and provide solutions and/or alternatives on calls/emails/chats
Keeping records of all conversations in our contact center database in a comprehensible manner
Consistently meeting and exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets
Identify bottleneck, call out issues, own up customer issue/track & provide resolution
Working within the team and with other functions to resolve Customers issues effectively
Sharing process improvement ideas and suggestions with the team’s leadership to improve the customer experience
Requirements
Positions Must-haves:
High School/Graduation Degree
Relevant work experience of around 6 months - 2 years
Good verbal and written communication skills and active listening
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Prior ticketing/ query management experience would be a value-added advantage
Fair knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Highly trainable, quick learner, adaptive to gravitational changes in the organization
