Process: Australia – Telecommunication , Upgrade Enquires, Post Upgrade, Lead Generation and Care Call Types
Details: Shift Window– any +½ hour shift starting as early as 2:00am ina24x7environment Work offs– Any 2 days of the Week (could be both consecutive or split) Customer Management skills and Selling Skills are extremely important as the Upgrades queue requires upgrading customers for 12/24 month contract and also handle Care related queries
Merits: In-depth Process & Product training Extensive “On the Job” Training to up skill advisors with adequate support
Expectation: Daily targets to be met on upgrading customer contracts
No compromise on integrity
Need to clear both Training and On the Job Training cycle before going on to the LIVE floor
“No leave” policy during TRAINING and “On the Job Training” phase
You cannot choose or change your skillset. If the business requires a change of skill set, that would happen and the operating window of the new one would be applicable Any incentive applicable in the existing department may not be applicable in the new skillset
Current Incentive structure may be revised as per the management’s discretion Open to work extra hours / 6th day in a week to support business requirements, which would be compensated for additionally
Open to work in shift timings to support Australia Operations, this scheduling might change month on month basis business requirement Open to manage calls and chats as per business requirement Open to being scheduled on split shifts for supporting business requirements during operational hours

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
