We are hiring Customer Care Executive
Location: - Mulund West, MUMBAI – 400080
Role Summary: -
We are hiring Customer Care Executives who can resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and be able to maintain a healthy relationship with existing and new customers of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
• You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
• You will be responding to the incidents / issues reported by customer through voice Interaction and through E-mail, Web tickets & remote support.
• You will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
• Coordinate with branch sales team for lead conversion Tele-calling / follow up on leads given by sales team and Corporate office
• Follow up with customer for timely interest collection
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements and skills: -
· Experience as a Customer Support
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Patience when handling tough cases
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Experience: -
Min 1 to 2 years
Educational background: -
· Education: +2/Intermediate/ Any Graduate
Key Skills: -
· Customer Service, Solving Queries, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
