Job Description:
• Taking inbound calls to ensure that due procedure and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
• Attend training session and take support, wherever required
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure that clients / customers are happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response & resolutions to their challenges at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduation is Mandatory
• Work Experience - Minimum 1 year
• Candidate should ready to work in rotational shift i.e (Time - 8:00am - 10:00pm)
• Good Communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
