• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to concerned Teams in the company.
• Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Meet the high standards of professional conduct , turnaround time and accuracy.
• Actively engage and cross-sell the upcoming shows on STAGE OTT App.
• Collaborating with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards
Skills Required
• 1+ years experience in customer service specializing in Inbound/Outbound support, ideally from an internet start-up/e-commerce background or OTT background
• Excellent proficiency in Haryanvi, Rajasthani & Hindi
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• An understanding of the Customer First principle and committed to consistently delivering high-quality customer support.

Salary: ₹+,644.36 - ₹26,765.12 per month
