Job Title- Customer Analytics | Postmaster for Platform Orchestration Squad
Location- Pune/Bengaluru (India)
Role Description
The tribe "Customer Analytics" is responsible for the creation as well as the orchestration of the digital customer communication towards our internal and external customers for the brands Deutsche Bank and Postbank within Private Bank Germany (PB GY). The Tribe consists of several squads, which are responsible for the Digital Marketing Platform of PB GY on the one hand and the creation, orchestration, and playout of data-based, individualized customer communications on the other hand. The overall management of the Digital Marketing Platform is clustered in a Product Domain. The squad "Platform Management" is an integral part of this platform and mainly responsible for:
• The review and further development of the platform from a strategic and technical perspective
• The management of interdependencies between operational / tactical improvements and the pursuing of strategic projects to increase platform capabilities for our internal clients
• The safeguarding of our application landscape from a security / technical perspective as well as from a compliance point of view
As soon as possible, we are looking for a Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) who supports Customer Analytics in further developing its platform and guides other Product Owners to find the right technical solution for their products.

Your key responsibilities
• Ensure that all applications are compliant with Deutsche Bank policies & procedures.
• Support to onboard new application onto Deutsche Bank's Risk and control related tools and supporting in ensuring a smooth transition of this application into production
• Interface with Internal and External Auditors for IT Audits and remediate IT related Audit Findings and IT Risk and control related issues
• Support all POs to find solutions that are in line with Deutsche Bank policies & procedures
• Train Pos, Scrum Master, and Development team to get an understanding of the Deutsche Bank Risk and control policies that are required for the solution.
• Fulfill all kind of evidence for all necessary Deutsche Bank Controls and risk frameworks with Vendors, Product Owners, and Development Teams
• Representing the decisions of the POs towards the control functions and escalating all policy and procedure breaches to the POs and Tribe Lead
Your skills and experience
• Successfully completed studies in computer science or a related field
• +5 years of experience in managing on-premise and cloud applications
• Experience in a similar role or good understanding of security and risk processes
• Understanding ITIL & COBIT, ISO/IEC 27000 processes
• Very good communication and experience in working with distributed teams (especially Germany + India)
• Knowledge on our Customer Analytics Tech Stack (e.g., Adobe, SAS, Phython)
