Join our dynamic Team at DHL Global Forwarding! We are looking for a Customs Classifier/Compiler, within our Customs Department, at our Matraville (Sydney) Station

Key Responsibilities
To prepare and process customs documentation in compliance with local regulations.
To input and maintain accurate data within customs and operational systems.
To provide administrative and back-office support, including scanning, filing, reporting, and COD payment management.
To set-up and manage master data while executing pre- and post-entry transactions.
To liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve requests, duty/tax, and billing issues.
To maintain documentation, SOPs, and records while supporting audits and best practice reviews.
To monitor clearance processes, follow up on documentation, and support the team with ad hoc requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Building customer rapport and maintaining close contact with the customer.
Working closely with other teams to ensure open lines of communication are maintained.
Displaying an understanding across all customer billing requirements.
