• Managing inward and outward in stores
• Coordinating internal teams.
• Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/max/ buffer)
• Preparing GRN on regular basis
• Stocking in store after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.
• Managing / selling waste with the help of Technical Team
• Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations
• Keeping records of Vendors and timely clearance of their bills
• Maintaining housekeeping of store Area
• Quarterly audit of material inventory
• Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection
• report, Vendor database, Scrap disposal records ,Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.
• Responsible for All Dispatch of Materials.
• Transfer between stores/sites.
• Continuous & timely follow-ups with vendors for their pending materials as per purchase order, similarly follow-ups for their payments & compliance like vendor code, vendor registration & Vat certificates etc.
• Should have experience of ERP System well.
Qualification
• Proven work experience as a store executive or similar role
• Hands-on experience in Same Domain the with a Minimum of 2 to 5 Years of Experience
• Minimum Graduation
• Good Computer skills (Excel)

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
