HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturday working as overtime)

Purpose Of The Role
To perform various functions, which primarily involves assisting the CViT and Vault Operations Team in the running of the CViT operation.
Acting as cover in the absence of cash in transit officers and vault operatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring daily round sheets for operatives for both P&D and Schools/Banking are correct and up to date.
• Working as part of the CViT Officer team in collecting and delivery of cash/banking and pay and display machines, as required.
• Managing daily customer requests and queries relating to cash in transit collections.
• Assist the vault operation where necessary under the guidance of the Vault Co-Ordinator and deputise for the Vault Co-Ordinator as required.
• Vault duties include counting client coin and note monies via the coin and note counting machines and the use of spreadsheets; making up cash for clients as well as creating banking and contractor runs; ensuring monies are banked in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure service levels are delivered and adhered to our contract terms and client SLA's
• Assist the Team Leader in the effective management of assets and materials to ensure they meet service delivery needs
• Any other tasks as requested by the CViT & Vault Operations Team Leader.
• Constantly review operation efficiencies in line with Company Values, Culture and Expectations.
Essential Requirements For The Role
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Cash in Transit and Vault experience (Cash Processing)
• Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude and ability to build relationships
• Solid organisational and admin skills
• Flexible to the needs of the business
