Education:⮚B.Tech/B.E in mechanical engineering - Must⮚M.Tech/M.E in mechanical system design - Good to have Tool Knowledge:⮚ANSYS Workbench (Mechanical & Design Modeler/Space Claim) - Must with hands on experience⮚CreO - Basic level awareness is required (good to have) Skill:⮚Technical - Strong knowledge in strength of material, machine design, engineering mechanics & vibration⮚Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences⮚Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions⮚Self-development - Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels⮚FEA Skills: Understanding of load and boundary condition, expected experience in modal, static, fatigue (Assembly level analysis) Experience:⮚Relevant experience in FEA around 2 or more
