Job Description
Process Flow Documentation is being handled by the team to ensure process flows are updated in GCM system basis the changes approved via CMC/PMC/Minor note. Data cleansing activity has been initiated to maintain a standard quality of demographic details in the customer database. A comprehensive review across systems has been done to ensure correct data is being captured and corrective action can be undertaken to cleanse incorrect/ invalid demographic details in customer database. Same is based on the defined business rules & logic of data extraction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review Process Flows to ascertain rationalization & triangulation opportunity
• Upload of Process flows in the GCM system Co-ordinating with BIU & IT teams for data extraction.
• Liaisoning with Business teams to define rules/logic of Data extraction.
• Analysis of data received.
• Follow-up with business to rectify data in system.
• Formulating communication to be sent to customers.
