About Intelligent Automation :
The Intelligent Automation department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process automation across units
• The team looks at automating manual process using AI & RPA tools and bringing benefits which includes cost, TAT and risk reduction
• The role holder is responsible for driving end to end automation using RPA & AI tools
• Incumbent will need to drive AI/RPA projects as part of Intelligent automation team across the organization.
• Identify automation opportunities and create a pipeline of projects.
• Lead analysis and develop solutions for automating processes using automation tools like: RPA, OCR, AI etc.
• He / She will need to understand and build business requirements, design solutions, work with partners, IT to develop solutions to ensure that the solutions meet all the requirements.
• Collaborating with business, operations, compliance, risk and other stakeholders for collection of requirements and build comprehensive BRDs.
• Design solutions along with IT and Solution Providers.
• Create Business Case for Intelligent automation.
• Track E2E Deliveries across all project stakeholders
• Define testing Strategy, guide team in testing plan / scenario definition and oversee the testing execution
• Oversee resolution of any critical issues and escalate where necessary
• Drive the roadmap of RPA /AI/OCR Implementations
• Lead a team of Business Analysts and create exhaustive business requirement documents.
Skills
• MBA, B -Tech, Full time Graduate
• 5+ Years in Technology Implementations out of which at least 5-6 Years in solutioning/implementation ofautomation products like RPA/AI/OCR/ChatBots/VoiceBots in BFSI sector
• Should have worked on multiple automation implementations
• Knowledge ofCognitive concepts in automation field is a must. Knowledge of ML concepts will be a plus
• Knowledge of Agile concepts For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of banking domain Digital Transformation projects Should have good analytical and communication skills Should be good in handling projects independently Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
