Cyber Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist
Role Summary
As a Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist, your role is to guide customers through complex security and compliance processes, helping them achieve and maintain industry-leading standards. You will build trusted relationships, provide expert advisory support, and contribute to continuous product and process improvements. Your mission is to deliver exceptional compliance outcomes while strengthening customer confidence and supporting the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
Compliance Consulting
Prepare SaaS companies for security audits such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including readiness assessments, preparation activities, and audit management.
Assist customers in completing vendor security questionnaires and developing policies, procedures, and risk assessments using the company’s platform.
Advise clients on best practices, emerging regulations, and evolving security expectations.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Build and maintain long term client relationships by ensuring their compliance requirements are fully supported.
Provide hands on guidance throughout each customer’s compliance journey, from onboarding to certification.
Collaboration & Feedback
Coordinate activities across internal teams and integration points to ensure smooth execution of compliance projects.
Drive product enhancements by feeding customer insights and market trends back into the product team.
Lead compliance projects end to end, including mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
Communication
Clearly explain compliance concepts and articulate the company’s value proposition to customers.
Produce well structured documentation, reports, and process materials that support customer understanding and audit readiness.

Relevant Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Management
