Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols, risk management, and threat detection across diverse environments. You will lead efforts to protect our infrastructure, products, and user data while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices.
Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions.
Investigate security breaches and provide detailed incident reports.
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, etc.
Provide training and awareness programs for staff on cybersecurity practices.
Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and development teams to embed security across the SDLC.
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans from a cybersecurity standpoint.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
Strong expertise in network security, cloud security (preferably AWS/Azure), identity and access management, endpoint protection, and SIEM solutions.
Hands-on experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and security information and event management.
Solid understanding of encryption, authentication, and secure coding practices.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent are preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or for CERT-In (Indian Computer Emergency Response Team) or similar national/international cybersecurity organizations.
Knowledge of Indian cybersecurity compliance standards and data protection laws (e.g., DPDP Act).
