Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Red Teamer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security testing methodologies and a proven track record of executing successful red team engagements.
The Red Teamer will be responsible for conducting various types of red team assessments and providing recommendations for improving security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct red team engagements to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our security posture
• Develop and execute red team testing methodologies to evaluate and exploit system vulnerabilities
• Create and maintain detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for remediation and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to improve security posture and prevent future attacks
• Stay current on emerging security threats, tools, and techniques to continually improve red team methodologies
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as a Red Teamer or Penetration Tester
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and web application technologies
• Proven track record of successfully conducting red team assessments
• Familiarity with common hacking tools and techniques, as well as vulnerability scanners and exploit frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
OSCP, OSCE, or other industry-standard certifications
• Experience with cloud security testing
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or SOC 2
Qualifications:
Candidates with B. Tech or MCA are preferred.
