Key Responsibilities Information Security & Risk Management
• Enable and maintain a secure environment for day‑to‑day business operations.
• Develop, recommend, and implement best‑practice information security measures.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of IT systems, policies, and internal controls.
• Identify information security risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them effectively.
• Ensure internal security controls are well‑designed and operating as intended.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with RBI circulars, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
• Update security and risk policies in line with new regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and company data across all channels (verbal, written, electronic).
• Drive commercial savings on existing portfolios while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
