Position Purpose
The team is currently looking for a CyberArk technical engineer to join its Privilege Identity Management team. In this role, the technical engineer will work on the selection, testing and implementation of Technical Account related Security Solutions (Security Architecture) especially working on the design of the Privileged Account Management Solution & its overall Security mechanisms. The team is handling the Password management tools (change, maintenance, troubleshooting), onboarding accounts and ensuring the coverage & efficiency of the solution. The Technical engineer will work closely with all Production Security teams, IT Architecture, other Production teams including Production Infrastructure and global teams.
In particular, the new joiner will help in solving password management issues by finding definitive solutions permitting a correct management, improving their detection pro-actively when possible, delivering regular KPI about the situation.
New joiner will also help the team with L2/L3 incidents and will have to participate to weekends and night supports shared with all the team as per calendar.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Work actively on closing all the CPM issues by batch and by finding solutions instead of workarounds.
• Deliver regular KPI explaining the situation of each type of issue, its progress, the eventual blocking points
• Support PAM related projects, develop timelines and drive BAU deliverables.
• Privileged account management platform and process automation.
• Study, integration and implementation of trending network and server components.
• Keeping up with evolving risks, new developments in the security industry, and industry best practices in risk management techniques.
Contributing Responsibilities
• Contribute to the Permanent Control framework for implementation of policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
• Contribute to L2/L3 support and to weekends and night supports (on calls) based on a calendar shared with the rest of the team.
• Contribute and collaborate to further automate tasks for the deployment and inventory control of hardware and software
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the CyberArk infrastructure which includes installation and configuration of CyberArk various components (CPM, PSM, Vault and PVWA)
• Review and Update Security SOPs / Security architecture diagram
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Contribute in the evolution/implementation of Technical Access management procedures
• Contribute in security architecture topics not restricted to PIM topics however overall production to ensure security posture of the bank.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory
• Highly competent with CyberArk solution and especially the CPM component.
• Able to develop CPM plugins from scratch. Knowing perfectly how the whole mechanic works from the Vault to the CPM.
• Strong knowledge with the different common OS, DB/MW and other assets found in banking environments (i.e: Linux, Unix, Windows, Oracle, PostgreSQL, IOS. all kind of network devices ). Especially on their password authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Banking activities / used to work in production environment
• Autonomous, self-motivated and innovative with good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, and can foster teamwork
Specific Qualifications (if required)
• University degree or equivalent in IT discipline
• Professional credentials in development
• CyberArk and other Security certifications are preferred/appreciated.
