About The Role
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle EBS Developer with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quote/Order-to-Cash (OTC) Flow, and Procurement modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of enhancements and customizations within our Oracle E-Business Suite environment. This role requires a strong technical background in Oracle development tools and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical Responsibilities & Design :
• Collaborate with business users and functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed user requirements for Oracle EBS enhancements, customizations, and new functionalities within SCM, Quote/Order-to-Cash, and Procurement processes.
• Translate functional requirements into technical design specifications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions, offering technical expertise and best & Implementation :
• Develop and implement high-quality technical solutions using Oracle EBS development tools, including but not limited to PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Forms Personalization, Oracle Reports & XML Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Create and modify custom programs, extensions, interfaces, and reports (RICE components - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) to meet business needs.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
• Migrate developed solutions across different environments (development, test, production) following established change management & Maintenance :
• Provide ongoing technical support for Oracle EBS applications, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing timely resolutions.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of existing code and processes to improve system efficiency.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, code comments, and support Skills (Must-Have) :
• Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL programming, including writing complex stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Proficiency in developing and customizing Oracle Forms and utilizing Forms Personalization for UI modifications.
• Expertise in developing and customizing Oracle Reports and XML Publisher Reports for various business reporting needs.
• Solid understanding and experience with Oracle Workflow for automating business processes.
• Hands-on experience in developing and extending functionalities using Oracle Application Framework to Have Skills :
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs for integrating Oracle EBS with external systems.
• Familiarity with Integrated SOA Gateway for building web services.
• Exposure to Python (Django framework) for potential future integrations or custom development.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Node.js for potential custom UI development or integration Experience and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Developer with a focus on SCM, Quote/Order-to-Cash (OTC) Flow, and Procurement modules.
• Proven experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Applications Demonstrated ability in systems analysis, gathering user requirements, and effectively understanding and interpreting complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced Qualifications :
• Oracle EBS R12 experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
