We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program management, reporting, and liaison work.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the cybersecurity awareness program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
• Lead key initiatives such as Cyber Awareness Week, ensuring comprehensive planning and execution.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between various departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication regarding cybersecurity practices and awareness.
• Support all 2026 Cyber Awareness Initiatives, providing expertise and guidance to ensure their success.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training programs.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both technical and non-technical, tailored to different audience levels within the organization.
• Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure the integration of awareness activities with overall cybersecurity strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continuously improve the awareness program.

Qualifications:
• 7-8 Years of experience in Cybersecurity Education and Awareness.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale cybersecurity awareness programs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a layman audience.
• Strong understanding of business functions and the importance of cybersecurity within an organizational context.
• Technical proficiency in cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating engaging and informative training materials.
• Ability to foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness within the organization.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
• Previous experience in program management or a related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
