Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
• Responsible for day-to-day management of nVent's cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program
• Execute program activities and drive continuous improvement efforts to mature the program
• Run nVent's third party cyber risk management process
• Facilitate various cyber risk assessment process to assess risk of new IT assets & nVent products manage risk register and associated workflows
• Manage nVent's cyber control framework track control implementation & effectiveness
• Facilitate process to ensure list of vendors and software applications is maintained in OneTrust
• Partner with nVent privacy office to configure and administer nVent's GRC platform, OneTrust
• Support development and update of nVent's cybersecurity policies and standards
• Build out processes, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, and reports in OneTrust to support GRC needs
YOU HAVE :
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in IT, cybersecurity, audit, or compliance
• Strong working knowledge and understanding of key concepts in risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and / or audit
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field
• Prior experience with GRC tools, OneTrust preferred
• Experience with system administration and configuration
• Strong process development and reporting skills
• Ability to successfully partner and collaborate across key functions including IT, engineering, privacy, audit, supply, and legal
• Informed on industry standards and best practices
• Strong communication skills able to influence teams across the organization
