Solution Architect
As a key member of the Customer Experience department, you will work closely with our customers to ensure seamless adoption of the Cycode Complete ASPM platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding customers through their journey towards achieving optimal security results.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers on security technical questions and product adoption
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to prepare and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Develop customer-facing best practices for product adoption plans and customer success strategies
Lead train-the-trainers workshops to enable customer enablement teams on Cycode adoption plans
Collaborate with Cycode Research, Product, and R&D to identify future product improvements or outside-the-box solutions to customer pains
Review customer implementations regularly and provide recommendations to maximize their value from the product
