Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager with a positive attitude to join our team in Kolkata. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with parents and students to guide them about our courses and services.

- Work towards business growth in terms of students and revenue.

- Service existing clients and handle their queries.

- Ensure sales targets are achieved.

- Provide proper after-sales support to clients.

- Drive strategic partnerships and ensure organizational growth.

- Lend support to other team members as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in sales or relationship management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
