Job Summary:
As a Retail Telecalling Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential customers. You will be expected to use your excellent communication skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that will meet their requirements.
• Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote the organic products.
- Engage with customers and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on product uses and benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle objections and provide effective solutions to customer queries.
- Record customer information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback, in a CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Requirements:
- Graduation or equivalent.
- Preferable experience in telesales, preferably in the retail/d2c industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
