Opening for one of the reputed FMCG company for the positiion of D2C- Website Officer position Below is the requirement; Location - Chennai Experience 2-5 yrs Salary offered: 5-+LPA Qualification: Any Graduate Title: D2C - Website Officer Skills: Shopify Expert, D2C website manager, Google Analytics, CRM Job Description SUPPLY CHAIN • Evaluate cost of operations, launch new fulfilment center if needed / close an existing if redundant now • Minimized RTO - Oversee manual checking of addresses and contact details • Demand forecasting - given sale event and season -> work in coordination with supply chain team • Check and resolve customer enquiries and returns -> Coordinate with Customer call executives to highlight consumer concerns over product and delivery • Unicommerce integration with Shiprocket warehouse to reflect right stock inventory data across SAP Website Maintenance • Maintain low to nil downtime - regular bug fixing on website post new feature introduction • New feature introduction like auto coupon apply/ mini cart/ Filter etc. • Execute new landing page for a separate offer exclusive for a target group or an objective • Evaluate and implement different plugins which are compatible with Shopify • Ensure website health + weekly customer engagement data + traffic source data insights to team • Ensure Improving AOV and improving session duration month on month • Run A/B testing to ensure optimal website feature to arrive at user friendly website interface • Payment gateway management , Ensuring timely COD collection , Pricing control for all skus and combos. Affiliate E-valuate and onboard Affiliate partners suitable for the brand - Deal with Grab on is getting closed , commission ongoing • Run affiliate as a separate acquisition channel - Increase back links by reaching out to network of affiliates • Help team to execute Basic SEO practices by ensuring right META TAGs and headers. Crm • Integrate CLEVERTAP (CRM) API or other plug ins with website • Evaluate& on board right vendors for Whatsapp , Email and Text message communication to customer • Send periodic abandoned cart recovery mail / watsapp communication to different cohorts • Introduce better suggestive model to how relevant products on purchase page • Evaluate and implement loyalty programs - increase referral program Location: Chennai Experience 2-5 yrs Salary offered: 5-+LPA Qualification: Any Graduate
