Responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
• Key member of a team of developers for development and support of MS Dynamics solutions
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing technology solutions including MS Dynamics interactions with other Enterprise solutions
• Participate in all phases of system lifecycle including analysis, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, and support utilizing an Agile delivery model
• Provide daily support of MS Dynamics implementation. Participate in Scrum process
Skill Requirements:
• BE/ME/MCA with 3+ years in IT Industry
• 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics implementation
• Working experience in MS Dynamics 365 version on Azure platform (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, Service Bus, API Management, Cloud Services Storage) is must
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycle
• Customization of entities, Plug-in development, workflow development, JavaScript development and security configuration
• Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform PowerApps, Power Automate
• Experience in CRM portals (Partner Portal, Customer Portal etc.)
• Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio and DevOps to develop and maintain code bases including branching, merging and code builds
• Utilize C# .NET as needed in support of the Dynamics solution
• Skilled in front end languages such as Java Script, Angular JS, and HTML
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their interaction with business processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good written/verbal skills
• Ability to work in offshore / onsite and Vendor model effectively
Nice to have skills:
• Microsoft's CRM and/or Azure Certification
• Skills in Omni Channel
• Hands on experience in D365 integration with third-party systems
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way
