Notice Period - Not More then 15-20 Days Time - Immediate Joiners -First Priority (As Immediate Opportunity on Higher Priority)
The D365 Lead Developers role is to solve and implement technical solutions moving the business forward. These solutions will solve both new technical opportunities as well as modify/correct/tune existing technical solutions within D365. This position will also mentor other team members and assist with architecture decisions on solutions during initial phases of work. This position must work under minimal supervision and work in coordination with the rest of the scrum team.
Primary Job Functions
Analyze and solve D365 incidents (F&O) issues and new requirements
Complete committed work within the commitment time frame
Work directly with product team to gather and understand requirements
Work directly with QA resources to demonstrate completed work
Maintain environments and keep them up to the latest version
Mentor junior team members on proper techniques and strategies to avoid future technical debt
Review current system processes and propose better solutions where applicable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor / Associates degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Engineering or qualifying experience in lieu of degree.
5+years of Dynamics AX/D365 experience
Technical and functional resolution of application problems within D365 (F&O)
F&O development framework understanding (Extensions, Function Apps, etc)
X++, extensions, event handlers, data entities, (DMF, OData) extension and development, dual write knowledge
Creation of tables, forms, classes, data entities, SSRS reports
Implementation of extensions framework in D365
Minimal functional knowledge of Retail, SCM, Finance and Customer Service
Understanding of technical and functional requirements
Ability to understand the management of deployments
Attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Documentation of applications
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Problem solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Working knowledge of continuous improvement
Skilled in Microsoft Development Suite
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Experience upgrading D365 environments to new releases
D365 solution architecture experience to ensure quality solutions for the team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying code through Azure pipelines
Scrum/Agile team experience
Ability and experience working directly with business p
