Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Leader of Data and Analytics Solution Delivery, Architecture, and Support to lead our dynamic team of data architects, data engineers, consultants, and support personnel. This role is critical for building new analytic solutions based on business requirements, maintaining and architecting new data platforms and technology, and supporting all the solutions and platforms developed over time. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the analytics or related field, with a strong background in Power BI and Azure Synapse.

As the D&A Solution Delivery, Architecture & Support Lead, you will:
• Lead a team of data architects, data engineers, consultants, and support personnel.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth.
• Oversee the development and delivery of new analytic solutions based on business requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Architect new data platforms and technology solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain and optimize existing data platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement best practices for data architecture and data management.
• Ensure ongoing support for all solutions and platforms developed by the team.
• Implement robust monitoring, maintenance, and support processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with data solutions and platforms.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data and analytics solution delivery, architecture, and support.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Align data and analytics strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the data and analytics team and business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership in Power BI,SAP, and Azure Synapse.
• Ensure the team leverages the full capabilities of these tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the data and analytics capabilities.

Our expectations:
• 15+ years of professional experience within analytics field
• Previous experience in leading a team of highly-skilled D&A professionals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Excellent command of Azure Synapse, SAP BO/BW/SAC, Data Factory, SQL DW, Databricks, Data Factory, Power BI or similar
• Good grasp of Data Science/BI/DW/ETL tools
• Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders across the whole organizations, from different business areas and geographies
• Ability to thirve in a start-up environment, proposing solutions, setting up processes
• Perfect command of English

Work Timing & Location
• Office – Pune (Pimple Saudagar), India. Current office presence policy – 4 days/week
• Typical Working Hours – any + hrs between 10:30 AM and +:30 PM IST
