Role Description/Criteria

The Position

Loreto Toorak invites applications from experienced and talented educators to join our dedicated team in the position of Daily Organiser commencing Term 1 2026. This opportunity is offered as a full time, ongoing substantive position as Teacher with a three-year appointment as Daily Organiser. This position includes a teaching allocation.

Working collaboratively with the Director of Operations, this role works in a professional and highly competent manner to support the School’s workforce planning across daily P-12 operations. The Daily Organiser is responsible for ensuring that all classes and activities are supervised and appropriately covered at the start of and throughout each day, as well as managing allocations of changes to School learning spaces.

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced Teacher who thrives in the daily management of school operations. Previous experience in providing timetabling and workforce planning support and delivery will be critical. Your excellent organisational and communication skills coupled with a collaborative, pragmatic and calm approach will be critical to success in the position.

A relevant tertiary qualification and full VIT registration will be essential.
