What Youll Be Doing
• Developing and executing IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Leading the selection, procurement, and implementation of IT systems and technologies.
• Conducting audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Managing budget and resources for Business IT Systems.
• Collaborating with departments to identify and provide IT solutions.
• Monitoring system performance and KPIs.
• Offering guidance on technology trends and best practices.
• Supervising technology projects for system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Building relationships with business leaders to ensure IT meets their needs.
• Managing vendor relationships for business systems.
• Establishing IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team.
• Overseeing operational performance, security, continuity, and support of business systems.
• Developing and managing the budget for business IT systems.

Qualifications Preferred Skills & Experience
• 5+ years leading business IT systems and enterprise solutions.
• A strong background in the Managed IT Service Provider industry.
• Proven success in IT project and team management.
• Expertise in aligning IT strategies with business goals.
• Experience optimising key business platforms.
• Track record of leading complex IT projects and teams.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, especially with business leaders.
• Expertise in IT strategy, architecture, security, and governance.
• Proficient in budget management, resource planning, and vendor negotiation.
• Proficiency in business IT systems and tech.
• Expertise in data security, compliance, integration, reporting, and analytics.
• Skills in budgeting, resource allocation, and project management.
• Current technical knowledge of enterprise IT systems.
• Experience in vendor and contract management.
Qualifications
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Similar (Required)
• A Bachelors/Masters degree in an IT-related field (Highly Desirable)
• Possession of relevant IT certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, and others (Highly Desirable)
