Dance and Music Teacher

Purpose of Function:

· Planning course material and activities

· Conducting Offline class

· Assessing the students ‘progress

· Encouraging good attendance and participation

Key Tasks:

· Responsible for teaching subject in the allotted classes as per allotted timetable.

· Encourage the development of critical thinking skills

· Prepare instructional aids and additional teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs

· Responsible for conducting assessment, marking attendance and evaluating students

· Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Personal qualities required

· Preferred Educational Qualifications: B.A./M.A. and certifications in Dance/Music.

· Prior experience as a Dance/Music teacher, preferably within a similar environment.

· Good in teaching technology to match the new teaching methodology.
