Our mission is to provide a welcoming, safe, and inspiring environment for both clients and staff.The Studio Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Airbound Studio, ensuring an exceptional client experience, smooth class/program coordination, staff oversight, and studio upkeep. This leadership role requires a blend of operational, customer service, and creative thinking skills.
Operations & Administration
Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and logistics.
Manage client bookings, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Handle inventory, supply orders, and vendor relationships.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the studio space.
Staff & Instructor Coordination
Recruit, schedule, and support instructors and front desk staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training or feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative studio culture.
Customer Experience
Greet and engage with clients; resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor class feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
Organize community events, workshops, and promotions.
2+ years of experience in studio, gym, retail, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with software excel and office tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Passion for [studio’s focus area – e.g., fitness, arts, wellness, etc.]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
