Dance Teacher Western:
Professional Qualification: B.Ed
Excellent Communication
Qualification at least 2-4 year in the same profile.
Residence should be in radius of 5 Kms from the school OR Dwarka.
Higher start to deserving candidates
The person should be able to :
• Training and developing learners in all types of dance (Indian and Western specific for Primary School age group).
• Planning and delivering dance lessons. Delivering enjoyable, structured and well-planned dance activities. Explaining and demonstrating dance techniques and methods. Choreographing and directing dance performances. Monitoring a learner's’ progress. Performing numerous dance routines throughout the day. Building relationships with learners. Additional Related Duties/Responsibilities: Selects appropriate dance, books and instructional aids to enhance learning . Collaboration with peers in providing dance programs for PBL, school assemblies, open house, parent meetings and seasonal programs. Communicates with parents and school staff on individual student’s progress. Important qualities (competencies) Communication skills: Discuss student’s needs and performances with learning leaders, parents, and administrators. Explain difficult concepts in terms that learners with learning disabilities can understand. Critical-thinking skills: Assess learners’ progress and use that information to adapt lessons to help them learn. Interpersonal skills: Regularly work with learning leaders, school counselors, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs. Ability to build positive working relationships. Compassion & Patience: Treat children as unique individuals, respect their unique needs and encourage them Resourcefulness: Develop different ways to present information in a manner that meets the needs of their learners. Help learning leaders adapt their lessons to the needs of learners with disabilities
