Job Description
We’re growing and looking to add an experienced dance instructor to our team.
As our studio continues to expand, we’re looking for someone who can teach contemporary, jazz, and acro classes across both beginner and competitive levels, and play a key role in developing our dancers and programs.
Requirements
ADAPT certification
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
Strong technical foundation in contemporary, jazz, and acro
Ability to choreograph for both beginner and competitive groups
Professional dance and acrobatics certifications/licenses (considered an asset)
What You’ll Do
Plan and deliver engaging weekly classes for various age groups and skill levels
Teach technique, conditioning, choreography, and performance quality
Provide constructive feedback and actively support student development
Create a positive, professional, and disciplined studio environment
Prepare lesson plans and class materials throughout the season
Choreograph competitive routines and prepare students for performances
Collaborate with studio staff and communicate clearly with parents when needed

Confident communicator who can clearly demonstrate movement
Strong classroom management skills
Patience and professionalism with students of all ages
Creative choreographer with strong musicality and vision
