Graduate / Post Graduate Dance Instructors well versed in Indian classical.
Preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes
Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of student's progress and development
Provide individual and small-group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of students
Evaluate each student performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings, and prepare progress reports
Communicate with parents on student progress only in PTMs
Responsible for handling all aspects of teaching and mentoring students
Drills students in execution of dance steps
Preparing for and attending auditions and casting sessions
Organize school concerts and musical performances
Preparing Students prepare for music exams, competitions and performances
Submit lesson plans in the approved format as required and requested
Undergoing regular observations for betterment of the activity
Learning and using other skills such as singing and acting - many roles, for example in musical theatre, require a combination of performance skills
Looking after costumes and equipment
