Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Developers
Resource needs:
Maybe the same/combined with DAP Developers
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain in-app guidance using Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) aligned with program standards.
Collaborate with SMEs and training leads to identify and prioritize DAP content needs.
Onboard and coach client teams on how to use Userlane for content development.
Ensure consistency, usability, and accuracy of DAP content across systems and regions.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with DAPs (Userlane preferred).
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and/or Kinaxis Maestro.
Functional knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Customer Solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
