Manage day-to-day operations within the organization
Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines
Meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement
Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets Track employee activity, to include successful completion of designated tasks Liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues. Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions Manage daily operations of branch office to meet business goals. Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue. Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area. Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time. Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs. Train staffs on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities. Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans. Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements. Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner. Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies. Monitoring sales across stores to check that quotas are met. Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across stores, if required. Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores. Ensuring that employees observe company protocols. Collaborating with Sr. Managers to ensure that operations are consistent across the board. Informing your Manager of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis.
