Key Responsibilities : 1: Ensure adequate running of environment : Platform, architecture, databases, servers 2:Engage in requirement engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and for which functionalities workarounds are accepted 3:Collaborate with users in projects and problem management to maintain, develop and deploy the best feasible and most cost-efficient IS solutions/services for Hyperwork,Provide L2-L3 Support
Technical Experience : 1:7 years over all experience Candidate Should know the functional aspect of Hyper works and how the tool operates and behave with different functionalities within the tool including Geometry Generation and Manipulation, Meshing, Report Generation and post processing 2:Leverage Hypermesh, Hyperview, Hypergraph, Optistruct and Radioss technical expertise, knowledge base, scripts, log files to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues 3:Research customer issues in a timely manner
Professional Attributes : 1 Should have excellent Analytical and Communication Skills 2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and comfortable discussing technical issues 3 Provide expertise in resolving issues/trouble shooting 4 Prior experince for managing a team is preferrable
