About The Role
Join Our Dynamic Commercial Team at IPL and Asda!
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator to become a vital part of our onsite Packaging & Print team at Asda House in Leeds. If you are passionate about Data and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Asda House, Leeds (with occasional travel to other sites within the group). There is also flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.
Contract Type: Permanent
Key responsibilities:
• Artwork Coordination : Take responsibility for the artwork amendment process with direction from Group Packaging Technologist.
• Project Coordination : Coordinate and update printer, cutter, and recycling details for briefed projects.
• Packaging Specifications : Maintain all packaging specifications for the business.
• Database Management : Maintain packaging weights database(s) in line with legislative requirements.
What are we looking for?
• The capability to source, analyse, understand, and interpret data for senior stakeholders
• The ability to build strong relationships across the Group
• Strong attention to detail
• Determination, with the willingness to continue knowledge growth
• Knowledge of Packaging Waste Regulations and packaging testing standards & equipment (desirable)
• Knowledge of technical artwork sign off requirements (desirable)
• Experience of BRC (desirable)
• IOP certification for packaging (desirable)
• A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential for this role
