About the Role:
We’re seeking a Data Administrator to support our Inventory Controller in maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and related product data. You’ll receive and update information across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency within our systems.
This is a casual, on-site role based in Carole Park, ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, has a variety of system experience and takes pride in precision and organisation.
Hours: Anticipated workdays are Monday to Thursday, with flexible start and finish times ranging between 5.30am and 4.00pm. Hours are expected to average 25-35 per week though this may vary based on workload and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and update Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Assist with maintaining accurate product data in ERP systems
Ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation
Support quality control through regular data checks and system updates
General administrative tasks related to inventory
What We’re Looking For:
Proven administration, data entry or inventory experience
Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Team-focused with a proactive mindset
Previous exposure to ERP systems, manufacturing environments and BOMs highly regarded
