This role focusses on the uploading and reformatting of received client data files using Excel. You will take responsibility daily to process data and information received by email into the company’s system. It is super important that you take pride in your data matching skills and attention to detail.

You will get to know the clients as you work alongside them via phone and email. It’s important that you have a friendly and confident phone and email manner to ask the right questions for any missing information and to gain clarity when needed regarding the data provided.

At times there will be the opportunity to assist the Operations Manager & Customer Service team with projects.
