Role Responsibilities
• Collect and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes across departments.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular data audits and cleaning processes.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data sets and test hypotheses.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor trends and patterns in data to forecast future outcomes.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and provide insights on various projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies.
• Train team members on best practices for data management and analysis.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with data cleaning and preparation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of data-driven decision-making.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Experience in the document service industry is a plus.
• Certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
