As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing survey and CRM data, evaluating revenue optimization opportunities, identifying trends in business generation and partner growth, and providing data analysis support across departments. Responsibilities
Disseminating, cleaning, and analysis of market, demographic, and competitive data to inform strategies.
Lead the analysis of annual pricing review including optimization modelling, product mix and revenue contribution, and customer value mapping.
Cleaning and analysis of customer data in the CRM to create dashboards and reports on client trends.
Building and updating customer satisfaction dashboards and reports, identifying key trends through statistical and data analysis.
Visualization of compiled data to create dynamic reports and dashboards for end users.
Analyzing survey and feedback data to identify gaps in the delivery of products and offerings.
Reviewing, analyzing, and identifying opportunities for optimizing company revenue.
Supporting business growth by analyzing and identifying trends in business generation and partner growth.
Providing data analysis support for cross-departmental initiatives, including customer experience, finance, marketing and business development.
Generating recommendations for future tactics to management.
Participating in additional duties and projects as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
Familiarity with querying tools and CRM systems.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
Flexible and able to change direction and focus with ease.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
A bonus if you have:
2+ years of experience in a related analytics or data-focused role.
Solid understanding of data analytics and business intelligence methodologies.
Experience with statistical testing.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
