We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Mozilor. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a critical role in helping teams explore data, track key metrics, and set up the tools needed to measure what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Infrastructure & Management
Maintain and improve our internal data warehouse and reporting systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Write optimized SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
Design and manage data pipelines to guarantee high-quality data delivery.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Develop informative dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
Create customizable templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking.
Product & Behavioral Analytics
Manage and configure tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude to gain valuable insights into user behavior.
Set up and maintain tracking for user actions and product features to inform data-driven decisions.
Attribution & Campaign Tracking
Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters and campaign data to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to validate attribution data and drive business growth.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs and develop solutions.
Build guides and tools that facilitate access to and understanding of data across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.
Proficiency in SQL with expertise in optimizing queries and data models.
Experience working with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution principles.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
Experience working in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-style teams.
