We are hiring a Data Analyst who can collect, clean, analyze data, and convert it into meaningful insights to support business decision-making. The role involves report automation, dashboard creation, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and prepare raw data for analysis
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management
Automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
Work with internal teams to understand business requirements
Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Python for data processing and automation
Strong working knowledge of MySQL (queries, extraction, validation)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards; VBA is a plus)
Experience in MIS reporting and performance dashboards
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Data Studio is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Background in statistics or data analysis preferred
