We are looking for a motivated individual to join the IN Network Engineering Team (Supply Chain Execution) team. This team will provide an unique opportunity for the individual to work and gain exposure in First mile, Middle mile and Last mile capacity planning.
In this role, you will be interacting very closely with multiple stakeholders like Category, Finance, Operations, S&OP, Network, Procurement, Real estate, Returns and 3P teams for executing long term and short term projects.
Key job responsibilities
• Support in anchoring the 1 year and 3 year planning cycles with multiple stakeholder teams
• Work on First mile, Middle mile and Last mile topology and the build plan
• Anchor the short term execution projects related to Automating adhoc tasks
• Suggest and drive improvement initiatives related to Network configuration and quickly delivery coding results
• Build automated reports with minimal / no person dependencies
• An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deep dive, invent & simplify and end-to-end ownership of project delivery
• Candidate should be strong in modular approach to problem solving and break down complex situations to simple problem statements
• Strong understanding of concepts in warehousing, transportation, inventory management etc. Proficiency in VBA Macro, Python and R is a plus • Ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
