We are looking for an accomplished Data Analyst to consolidate technical, analytical and reporting skills to cater to the fast changing needs of the business across the globe and contribute positively towards organization's corporate vision, mission & goal and hone technical knowledge, experience on continuous basis to take up challenging roles and responsibilities. The data analyst will support the team through development and presentation of reporting and analytics using a variety of data sources and serve as analytics consultant for different level projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Interaction with key stakeholders and serve as analytic contact/resource for external business partners to support ongoing data exchange, analysis, reporting and interpretation of performance results
• Support complex analytic projects leveraging data from multiple sources
• Work with HealthCare Economics Team on continued expansion of data infrastructure needs, updates and developments
• All data research activities for HealthCare Economics Team
• Will take care of all the operational activities for the business
• Will provide end to end support for ETL related activities
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate degree or equivalent (B.Tech./MCA preferred) with overall 4 - 8 years of work experience
• Experience in Healthcare domain - Provider/Claims
• Expert in MS SQL (Fundamentals and T-SQL) with
• Data analytics skills to understand data trends and conduct root cause analysis
• Strong analytical expertise: data analysis, statistical analysis, data manipulation, data extraction and reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide clear explanations and overviews to others (internal and external) of their work efforts
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working experience with Azure Snowflake
• Working experience on Tableau Dashboard development
