You have expert analytical and communication skills, attention to details and ability to work in a team environment.
To be successful in this role you will need to gain a good understanding of the firm’s workflows and always uphold a high level of integrity. You understand how to prioritize and how to optimize the limited resources you have.
What you’ll do
As a data analyst, you will help us with creation and interpretation of data. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys researching, building excel models, data synthesis as relevant to the company’s business and prospects. Prior experience in financial analysis preferred.
More Specifically:
· Performing Primary and Secondary Research to develop valuable insights and recommendations.
· Analyzing the findings using tools like excel, tableau and Power BI to convert data into strategic knowledge.
· Always ensure the 4 eye principal is being followed for highest degree of accuracy.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines is imperative for success in this role.
· Creating financial models from ground-up and assuming total ownership of these models.
· Design and create error-free, client ready presentation in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
· Performing quality checks on the deliverables, training the new team members and development of knowledge repository.
Requirements:
· MBA degree is a must; Finance background is preferred
· Must have great command over English and Hindi (written and verbal communication skills)
· 2-4 years relevant experience
· Should be open to travel for work
· High attention to detail
· Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
· Highly proficient in MS Office suite. Excellent Excel skills are a must
