, which is helping ANZ to become a better, simpler, and stronger bank by addressing the size andcomplexity of our current technology estate, largely through the adoption of cloud computing.
Our work supportsGroup Technology, and spans the breadth of ANZ’s coordinated enterprise move to Cloud, across a 3 to 5-yearjourney as part of a high performing cross-functional team that focuses on workflow, process modelling andautomation. You will work to deeply understand the business environment to refine requirements to increase thequality and efficiency of the customer outcome being delivered by the Squad and ensure the stability of systems.
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the business and its customer related drivers as well as thetechnical systems that support the business. As an Analyst it is expected that you will be a go-to person forsolving problems in your Domain of expertise.

POD Leads – Simplification
Migration Factory
Domain Champions – Application Domain
Stakeholders of simplification
What will your day look like
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate business analysis outcomes
• Ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholder groups.
• Plan and manage analysis outcomes.
• Ability to define and govern the approach to requirements gathering.
• Ability to prepare for and conduct elicitation using a broad range of innovative elicitation practices, andtechniques.
• Ability to verify, validate and communicate requirements with stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and document current and future state.
• Maintain Traceability
• Extensive experience in one or more types of Analyst roles will be highly regarded, e.g. Process Analyst,System Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst.
• Strong understanding of IT Systems and Operations activities and processes.
• Experience or domain knowledge in Cloud Transformation Projects will be Value Add.
• Deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer and product journeys into technical requirementsand work with architects and engineers to convert those requirements into workable outcomes.
• Extensive experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams.
• Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, testthe outcomes, and iterate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels.
• A desire to continuously learn new techniques and technologies, bringing innovative ideas into the Squad.
