Role/Job Title:Analyst
Business:Wholesale Operations
Function/Department:Client Services
Place of Work:Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The role entails attending to client queries received through inbound calls, mails & SFDC in the areas of General Banking Operations including Payments, Receipts, sharing of statements, advices. The role will closely collaborate with various teams internally within WBO (Trade Ops, CMS Ops, WB branches); outside WBO with Business, TBG, IT for fulfilling service need of clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
' - Manage customer portfolio by providing seamless services to clients.
- Resolving the queries within defined TaTs.
- Ensure that internal/regulatory compliances, risk management, audit and service quality metrics maintained.
Secondary Responsibilities:
'- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality.
Key Success Metrics:
CA/SA and TD growth targets, Customer Acquisition targets, Product Cross Sell targets
